Landon Nordeman

Looking for the eternal in the ephemeral, Landon photographs fine art projects and commercial and editorial assignments around the world. He is known for photographing people who gather to celebrate the things they love—whether it be fashion, film, cars, art, dogs, and even cats—for Vogue—but only one time, because he’s allergic to cats!

Landon has been commissioned to photograph events such as The Oscars for The Academy, The Met Gala for The New York Times—this will be his 11th year in a row in 2026, The Vanity Fair Oscars Party for Vanity Fair, The TIME 100 for TIME, The BAFTAS for The BAFTAS, and even Martin Scorcese’s 80th Birthday party. He is immediately at home in the midst of a celebration, whether it be Hollywood or Bollywood.

In addition Landon has been called upon by brands such as Ferrari, Apple, Instagram, Rolex, Proenza Schouler, Michael Kors, Standard Hotels, IBM, Delta, The New Yorker, TIME, and National Geographic Magazine to make photographs to show the world.

Landon’s series, “Last Night,” was exhibited at the Leica Gallery in NYC in June, 2025, and will be exhibited at AIPAD this week in NYC, and at The Museum of the City of New York in November 2026, as part of their Photography Triennial: New York After Dark.
