Beate Sonnenberg, ‘Internal’

In this extensive year-long personal project, Beate utilises sculpture, light, photography and film to create spaces that exist between reality and the imagination, between dreaming and waking. Through imagery and film abundant with colour, movement, and shifting forms she transports us into seemingly transcendent architectures that endlessly subvert our sense of place, inviting us into a meditation or hallucinogenic virtuality.
