‘MUSIC ROOM’ is a solo exhibition by photographer Jameela Elfaki.

This exhibition is a photographic exploration documenting three incredible women of colour who are reshaping the classical and jazz musical landscapes. It is inspired by her mother’s love of classical music, where she often struggled to see women like herself.

‘MUSIC ROOM’ invites viewers to see themselves reflected in these spaces and to reconsider who belongs within them.
