After envisioning Cena Rosa in New York, Mariana brought the concept to life across the globe, at the St. Regis Hotel in Macau. A demo, a workshop, an atelier and a dinner were created in collaboration with the best chefs of southern China and one of the most prestigious hospitality brands in the world.
