Susie Theodorou is an acclaimed food stylist, recipe developer, and cookbook author.
Born in London to Greek Cypriot parents, she was raised on the rich culinary traditions of Mediterranean cuisine, learning the craft of cooking from scratch at an early age. Today, she masterfully blends global influences with refined shortcuts, while maintaining a focus on fresh, premium ingredients paired with high-quality products.
Working across broadcast, multiplatform, and photography productions Susie collaborates with leading global brands, creative agencies, and directors helping bring their unique visions to life. Select commercial clients include Uber Eats, Sweetgreen, McDonald’s, Daring, Chipotle, Reese’s, Goop, Campbell’s, and Smucker’s — all of whom consistently turn to Susie for her unparalleled expertise and creative vision.
Beyond food styling, Susie is often called upon to develop innovative recipes for high-profile clients including Kraft, Hershey’s, Hillshire, Sargento, Kraft, Daiya, Waitrose and Triscuits.
She has also established herself as a sought-after talent in the world of magazines and cookbooks, and is frequently commissioned by leading editors, chefs, celebrities and restaurateurs such as Carla Lalli, Lucinda Scala Quinn, Bill Granger, Jean-Georges, Gwyneth Paltrow, and most recently Pamela Anderson for her latest release, I Love You: Recipes from the Heart (2024).
She is the author of five cookbooks: Coffee and Bites (2001), Can I Freeze It? (2009), Mediterranean (2018), Copenhagen Cult Recipes (2019), and most recently, No-Cook Cookbook (2024).
Susie works and lives across London, New York, and Los Angeles.
